Statement On Hate Crime

People First call on you the reader to support people with learning difficulties, to report disability Hate crime to the police.
Frankie and Fiona Pilkinson, mother and daughter died because they were victims of disability hate crime, because Fiona had a learning difficulty and our justice system failed them.
Don’t let their deaths be for nothing.

This is a Steven Laurence moment for People with learning difficulties and the wider disability movement.
Crime against people with learning difficulties goes unreported, because of fear of not being believed by those in power.

True Vision hate crime reporting pack must be the wake up call, use it so we can show how big the problem of disability hate crime really is.
