Transport for London - Learning Disability Transport Forum

Our contract with Transport for London (TfL) comes to an end this year in July.

Over 2 years we have had 5 Learning Disability Transport Forum meetings, with over 40 people attending each meeting. We covered Buse Travel, Staff Training, Information and Technology such as the TfL Go app and Google Street  View and Travel Mentoring.

We ran 2 Focus Groups, one on the Big Red Book, which is a manual for bus drivers, and the other on the IFS Cable Car.

TfL are reviewing how they engage with people and hope to continue to do more work with people with learning difficulties/disabilities once their review if finished.
